伯耆正一は、アフリカや中南米、中央アジアのプリミティブアートに惹かれ、さらに近年は日本の縄文文化の力強い生命力を表現した作品作りをうつわと並行して行なっています。
Masakazu Houki has been charmed by the primitive art of Africa, Central and South America and Central Asia. In recent years he has also been producing works which express the powerful vitality of the Japanese Jomon culture in parallel with the creation of ceramic vessels and containers.
