京焼炭山協同組合
初代香雲は、四代香斎より分家し、西本願寺より龍谷窯を拝受致しまして昭和二十年に五条坂工房を開窯致しました。昭和四十四年 宇治市炭山の登り窯と共に工房を移転しました。現在、三代香雲として主に茶陶を制作しております。
The first generation of Koun, a branch of the fourth generation Kousai family, received the Ryukoku kiln from the Nishi-Honganji Temple, and established the Gojozaka workshop in 1945. Then in 1969, the workshop was reallocated to Uji city along with the climbing kiln. Currently, we focus on the production of tea ceremony ceramics as the third generation of Koun.
